Our Signature Restoration offers delicate cleaning of your original, at NO COST.
After all why copy the dirt that has built up on the image for so many decades? (Yet very few labs and studios offer this essential service — which is probably just as well.) We will carefully clean the entire image, starting with a small test area in the corner.
(You always have the opinion of not having your originals cleaned as well, just select "Don't Clean".)

Simple Steps for Signature Restoration

- Send us your originals
- Confirm the work you want
- Complete balance of payment for shippment
In our Signature series, you place your order along with your initial payment for the primary cost of our hand restoration. Be sure to send us your original at the same time and include detail information. (See shipping for packaging info.).
After we've had a chance to evaluate your original image(s), we will contact you to confirm exactly the services you desire, including any custom prints or framing, and advise if there are any billing adjustments necessary. (We'll then send you an invoice for the balance, which must be paid prior to completed shipment.)
Select the Type of Digital Captures
Indicate the number of originals in each size. (For example, you may be sending four originals that are 8x10 or smaller and one 11x14 size original.) Be sure to give the original's size, not the size you want it reproduced as.
Estimated Retouching
Next, indicate the estimaed amount of work you espect to have done on these originals. Our Signature work is based on total time, not necessarily items of damage. We don't expect you to know exactly how much work is needed on your images, that's our job. But you can probably ""ball-park" a guess in order to establish your "deposit" payment. Once we have a chance to review your originals, we'll get back to you with an exact figure. This is also a great time to let us know what type of custom prints you'd like.

Return Shipping
We typically return orders via Priority Mail. The Standard size is anything 8x10 or smaller, Oversize is anything larger than 8x10.
Orders larger than 8x10 are either shipped U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Serice (UPS). We try to notify our clients at the time of shipment, when and how their order is shipped.
