| From the early 1900's to around the 1950's, portrait photographers used light sensitive previews. These preiews would turn darker and darker, obliterating the image, as they were viewed and exposed to normal light (encouraging the purchase of a finished image). The image on the left was typical of one of those previews. On the right is our restoration recreated as the finished portrait would have looked. | |
